Serenity Villa is a luxury villa near the city of Heraklion and very close to the beach! It resides in 8500 square meters of private land with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Heraklion, a private pool of 174 square meters, outdoor wood-fired oven, and a beautiful garden in nature for evening strolls. It is a 2 level property with additional 2 semi levels. Entering the villa on the ground floor, an open area consists of a living room, a dinning table, a pool table and the kitchen. You have also access to the garden with BBQ, to enjoy your meals on a large exterior dinning table with garden view or a dinning table next to the pool. Semi Ground Floor- One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom next to it. Ground Floor- One bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom. 1st semi floor- Two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one child’s room with a single Montessori bed. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with an exterior garden view. Next to the bedrooms there is the bathroom! 1st floor- Living room, kitchen with view to the garden and pool, room with comfortable double bed.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! The garden is private! The pool is cleaned about once weekly by a competent person. The garden is taken care of approximately once every 2 weeks by 1 or 2 competent persons. Cats are totally independent and reside on the outside of the house.

Wake up in the morning surrounded by the sounds of the various birds in the area. Enjoy your afternoon in the garden watching the swallows that often visit the pool, or take a stroll in nature to the village of Ano Kalesia that is only a few minutes away. If you are lucky, you might also encounter an experience with a white owl at night. A car is considered essential to access the house as the only means of transport is the bus from the village located about 1 kilometer away from the house
