Maisonette of 100 sq.m. in Agios Vlasis, Evia. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a WC. It also has a large outdoor space (yard) with grass and a BBQ. There are large balconies off the living room and kitchen, and it is fully equipped with household items and kitchen appliances. It features aluminum window frames with double glazing and insect screens. It comfortably accommodates 4 people with a large double bed, two single beds (which can be joined), and a sofa bed in the living room.

The accommodation is part of a private house. We (the owners) live on the ground floor, while guests have full access to the upper floors (1st and 2nd) with complete privacy. The garden and parking area are shared. There is also a friendly dog living in the house's garden.

The maisonette is located in the village of Agios Vlasios in central Evia. In the village, there is a traditional tavern called "I Folia tou Kokkou" (The Nest of Kokkos), right next to a traditional coffee house (kafeneio). There is also a café-bar called "Avli Cafe Meze", ideal for entertainment and socializing. The location is 10 km from Manikia, 13 km from the port of Kymi, and just 1 km from the village of Konistres. Agios Vlasios is a settlement in the municipality of Kymi-Aliveri in Evia. Prior to 2011, it belonged to the Municipal District of Agios Vlasios in the former municipality of Konistres. It now forms, together with the settlement of Loka, the Local Community of Agios Vlasios, with a total population of 351 residents. According to the 2011 census, Agios Vlasios itself has 306 residents. The village is situated at an altitude of 165 meters, just one kilometer from Konistres.
