With impeccable sea views and the fresh revitalising Cretan breeze, the only concern on any morning will be who’s on coffee-making duty. Stretch into the day on the outdoor luxurious area and later wander the shore with feet buried in the sand. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, allowing plenty of space & comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a sofa bed located in the first floor bedroom (balcony with pool view). *Thetida Villa is part of a complex with two Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools. External Living | Pool & BBQ This captivating home lays in 500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m2 private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) with a shallow part 0,70 meters deep & iconic swim-up sun bed. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities Broil & King (gas) with fridge are also available outdoors, Your Home Stay Includes Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

Location Overview Thetida Villa is located in the picturesque village of Pigianos Kampos/Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation. It is the last part of the long beach of the Bay of Rethymno and the beach of the area is sandy, quite calm and less noisy than the rest beaches of Rethymnon. Between Pigianos Kambos and Stavromenos, you can swim and snorkel in the numerous rocky small coves. Moreover, in Pigianos Kambos you might have the chance to see the protected nests of sea turtles, laying their eggs on the sandy beach.  Out & About Nearest beach: 150 meters from the villa a small sandy/pebble cove. Beach: 500 meters Sfakaki long sandy & organised Beach Nearest Cafe, Super Market & Restaurant: 500 meters. Bus Stop: 200 meters. Rethymno Port & Town: 18km (20 minutes driving) Heraklion International Airport: 72km (60 minutes driving) Chania International Airport: 78km (70 minutes driving) Car Rental is recommended although not essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations, as all is reachable on foot and also there is a bus stop.
