Traditionally built, rustic Villa Levanda in Katsarata village near Fiskardo has a hillside, semi-rural setting offering breath-taking views of the whole area, the islands of Lefkada, Ithaka & Meganisi can be seen over the water as well as main land Greece! The ground floor of this cozy villa comprises of a well equipped kitchen, diner, a spacious open-plan living room with a feature fireplace and convenient shower room. The French doors lead to the balcony with sitting area as well as the sparkling private pool of 8m x 4m, surrounded by a stone paved sun terrace which has sun beds and parasol for shade. On the first floor, all three bedrooms have lovely wood vaulted ceilings and sea views. The master en-suite bedroom has a table and chairs on a small ornate sea view balcony which also overlooks the pool. All bedrooms have French doors to a sizeable covered terrace furnished with sofa and chairs and perfectly positioned for enjoying the last rays of the sun at the end of the day – there is also an additional shower room on this level. This is a traditional self catering villa, guests are responsible to bring their own supplies, daily housekeeping is not included. Special requests and other details : *Wifi can reach up to 24 mbps speed as there is lack of optic fiber structure in area. *Free cot & highchair (Please request prior to arrival at least 20 days of check in to secure availability, please bring your own cot linen). *Preparation & end of stay cleaning included. Pool towels are also included in each stay.**If you are staying for 2 weeks, you will have a linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday.

The village of Magganos is 1.5km away where you will find tavernas and two excellent mini markets. Foki beach is only 10 minutes away by car and the cosmopolitan village of Fiskardo is a 15 minute drive. There are many little coves to explore at this end of the island, some of which can only be reached by boat. You can hire motor boats from the cosmopolitan village of Fiskardo – this is the watering hole for the visiting yacht flotillas and has an excellent and varied choice of eateries around the harbour and along its picturesque narrow streets and squares. Katsarata village is a quiet rural village where you can enjoy the sound of birds and nature has the majority of rulling on the layout of this traditional small village, set right above Foki beach and Fiskardo bay! A car is essential in such villages as distances may not be long in klm from local markets and tavernas , but the uphill winding roads make for difficult walking distances especially with heat during summer.
