Villa Lofos is situated on a hill at Seli Perivolion, in a peaceful area, just 6 km from the town of Chania with excellent climate and magnificent 360° view. The villa is built on two floors connected by internal and external staircase. The ground floor is 220sqm and the first 110sqm. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two large single-spaced living-rooms and dining-rooms 45sqm and 40sqm respectively, a kitchen 20sqm and 4 large balconies (200sqm) with unobstructed view. On the southeastern side there is an outdoor private pool 4x10.5m. It also has private parking, a large lawn area, a mini volleyball course and a ping pong table. Our guests can use the barbecue and the wood oven upon request. The house always has plenty of hot water due to a combined solar and inverter system, as well as fankoil air-conditioners in all areas. There is free Wi-Fi Internet and an alarm system. The villa is situated in a prime location as it is surrounded by nature, in a calm and eco-friendly environment, offering ideal walks for nature lovers while ensuring easy access to both town-centre and the beaches. The beautiful and majestic Therisso Gorge begins at the bottom of Seli hill.

We are Natasa and Manolis. We are married and we have four children. We live in a tranquil setting, close to nature. We are teachers (informatics and mathematician) and we work in a public school. We like to contact with people and we love traveling.
