The private villa comprises of a maisonette which can host up to 6 people and an independent full equipped apartment which sleeps up to 4 people. Create beautiful memories in a unique retreat that's why every reservation is unique and no other tenants are here when you book the villa and you have exclusive use of the hole property (the villa, the garden and the pool). With 3 living spaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (every floor as its own bathroom) and with a number of lovely balconies affording magnificent views out towards the north east coastline of Corfu. The villa is designed in such a way that each floor has its own living room and its own bathroom which is designed to offer an excellent mix of privacy and comfort. The villa was named Mare (sea) E Monti (mountain) because of its beautiful location which offers a superb view of both the sea and the mountains. The unique outside dining area offers the ideal setting for dinner or BBQs and is fully equipped (barbecue, fridge, kitchen counter, faucet with two sinks etc). Enjoy the private pool with its special section for our little friends. A private parking area will insure the safety of your car. The pool has a Pool Heat Pump so that the temperature of the water is perfect for swimming even if the weather in the beginning and in the end of season (April, May and October) isn’t being particularly warm. Pool heaters bring the pool temperature between 26℃ until 28℃. The pool heating will be not operate when the weather is hot in the summer months. A saperate outdoor Heated Jacuzzi SPA (Hot Tub, 5seats) in the pool area complements the hours of relaxation. It should be covered after each use.

It is roundabouts: a unique mixture of a wonderful and panoramic view of a deep blue sea and a virgin natural beauty in lively shades of green. There is a mini market 200m from the villa and it's about 950m from the beach of Almyros. The cosmopolitan village, Acharavi is only 2 km from the villa, with a lot of restaurant, tavernes, bank, super market and other facilities. Acharavi beach is one of the biggest beaches in Corfu and it has a long, sandy beach that is well organized and equipped with facilities for water sports. While the beach Almyros is essentially the continuation of the cosmopolitan Acharavi.
