A traditional style Corfiot villa surrounded by beautiful countryside, stunning balcony views across the sea to the mountains of Albania and just a 10 minute drive to a choice of beautiful beaches. The nearest Taverna is just a few minutes walk from the villa. The perfect location to relax or explore, the villa comprises a large living room area with two comfy sofas and a six seater dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and a full size hob and oven. A wooden staircase leads upstairs from the living room where you will find two large bedrooms with traditional wooden vaulted ceilings and a large family bathroom. The bedrooms open out onto a large covered balcony with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea and the mountains of Albania. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Outside is a small, tranquil garden shaded by trees, an ideal place to BBQ and dine outside.

The villa is located in the village of Loutses, surrounded by traditional olive groves, oak trees and varying wildflowers and just 5 minutes drive from the famous abandoned village of Old Perithia which now boasts some of the island's very best traditional Corfiot taverna's and some great views and walking trails. The nearest Taverna is just a few minutes walk, and just 5 minutes drive away you will find the local village has two well stocked grocery stores, two very good restaurants/taverna's and the local village post office. Just a little further afield (approx 10 minutes) you will find the beautiful sandy beach of St Spyridon, the large sweeping beach of Kalamaki and the quaint fishing village of Kassiopi which has a huge variety of waterside tavernas, shops and bars. In the other direction you will find Acharavi (the largest town outside of Corfu Town), Roda and Sidari ... all of which have beaches, plenty of shops and traditional tavernas.
