Villa Rossa is a renovated historic property, comprising two buildings with a total of 120 sq. m., located in the charming village of Archontiki. Its outdoor space spans 500 sq. m. and features a pool, playground, barbecue, and al fresco dining areas, all offering stunning views of the surrounding natural landscape. Centrally located in the Rethymno prefecture, Villa Rossa provides easy access to the north coast, the sandy beach of Episkopi, and the famous Argyroupolis Springs, while Rethymno town center is just a short drive away. This three-bedroom villa is fully equipped for a self-catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate six guests in beds, with space for a seventh if needed. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa’s surrounding area is ideal for secluded stay but also being very close to all kind of supplies shops, restaurants and services. Just a five minute drive from the villa, you can find one of the best sandy beaches of the North coast, the beach Episkopi. Additionally the nearby villages of Episkopi and Argiroupli have shops, traditional taverns, cafes and some supermarkets for your supplies.
