This contemporary air conditioned villa is built, furnished and equipped to provide a luxurious stay for larger families / groups of friends. The villa's layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. At the same time, the villa's construction on three different levels and its multiple outdoor spaces allow privacy and quiet moments. Villa Sendal has six generous Double Bedrooms each with ensuite facilities and rain shower - three on the upper floor, two on the lower floor and a separate annex. Each is individually appointed with stylish furnishings and generously sized, built in wardrobes. A Sonos music system is provided, which guests can access via their personal smartphones / tablets using the villa wi-fi, to stream music & radio and play music from their personal device play lists. Separate stone staircases lead off from the lounge / dining area to a TV / Games room, which has a very large comfortable sofa and is equipped with a Samsung 65" QLED Smart TV with satellite TV and Blue Ray Player. The villa is eco friendly, with all hot water and electricity needs generated via solar energy. The infinity pool can be heated upon request (extra cost 130EUR/day, payable prior to arrival).
