Villas Shelia and Villa Dionisia are located in the charming Village of Roumeli, a pleasant location in Rethymno prefecture, where our guests can find one local taverna which serves tradinonal Greek cuisine and a cafe/grill house, two super markets and a cafe, all of them located within 200 meters to 1,5 kilometer walking distance from the Villa. Close by to Roumeli includes the Village of Perama, which also offer a variety of shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations. Approximately 5 minutes away by car is Panomo a lovely fishing village and well known for its sandy beaches, There are several cafes around the beaches, all serving a range of Greek and Cretan cuisine. They also have great sea views, an ideal spot. Boat trips from Panormos are run from the breakwater in the small port. These are a great introduction to diving and snorkelling in Crete, 20 minutes by car away is Rethymno a destination for visitors who wish to explore the rich cultural heritage and the natural beauties of Crete.
