Villa Thromila is a 180 sq. m residence situated in the southern coastal area of Souda in Rethymno prefecture. The villa is the best choice for large groups or families! The villa is actually two independent attached houses that you can rent as one! It is a two story building in the total of 180 sq. meters and furnished in a modern and minimal style, it can accommodate 12 people in beds. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family at the same time. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The Villa is located on a hill between the traditional village of Sellia and the well known seafront village of Plakias. There are plenty numerous that can be found such as : Closest beach is Fotinari Beach 1.2 km (unorganised beach). The closest organised beach of Souda is only 2 km away. Also, you might find all the necessary shops in the areas such as: Super market: 3 km, Bakery: 2.9 km ,Butcher: 2.9 km, Fresh fish: 2.8 km ,Pharmacy: 3 km, Tavern or restaurant: 2 km (You have many more choices for restaurants and tavernas in Plakias village within 3km).
