The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful villas, surrounded by green gardens, only 50 meters away from Kainourgio village beach, and it is only 3 kilometers from the beautiful small town of Kamena Vourla. Located on the shore of Maliakos Gulf and by the feet of Kallidromos mountain, giving visitors the opportunity for both sea and mountain activities. In a short distance you can visit the famous Thermal Springs of Kamena Vourla and Thermopylae. The region is full of monasteries, museums, archaeological and historical sites such as Thermopylae, Delphi, the castle of Lamia, the museum of Atalante etc. You will have the opportunity to take sea trips to the famous Lihadonisia - the small Seychelles of Greece - in just 10 minutes by boat. There you will find a beach bar, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas to spend your day in a unique space. A longer trip (3 hours) will take you to the village of Kalambaka at the foot of the impressive Meteora rocks, where six monasteries (UNESCO World Heritage Site) are definitely worth a visit. During the summer months there are many cultural events and local festivals. You can aslo taste local dishes in traditional taverns and restaurants and a vivid nightlife. Within a five minutes drive you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, souvenir shops and medical care.
