My name is Antonis - Ioannis Vardakis, and I live in Chania, Crete. I am a Special Education teacher and the Deputy Mayor of Chania in the field of Education. I enjoy traveling, meeting people, and exchanging cultures. The XENIOS DIAS (the ancient Greek god of hospitality) was initially a restaurant run by my family for the past 20 years. Wanting to preserve the family tradition and honoring the principles my father instilled in me – "Love, respect, preserve" – I created these beautiful seaside apartments located on the top floor. I now live in the same building and am available for anything you may need. I look forward to hosting you and hope you will fall in love with the place where I grew up.

It is an ideal place for guests who search for vacations in a hospitable atmosphere, with stunning seaview and a just a few steps away from all amenities! Xenios Dias Apartment is a luxury accommodation with 3 apartments, just a few steps from the beach. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and there is space for one or two guests depending on the apartment to be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Going out, there is a large balcony with nice sea views and the nearest park. Public transport, banks, supermarkets, shops and beaches are easily accessible from the apartment. It is a quiet resort, which is really suitable for friends or family who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It offers a quiet and amazing environment, combining luxury and sea views!
