Welcome to our modern 300 sqm newly refurbished building, located in the heart of Zagreb on the main pedestrian street, Tkalciceva, which is home to many vibrant bars and restaurants. Our urban retreat offers a unique blend of modern design, comfort, and convenience for an unforgettable stay. The building has 4 floors, on the first floor there are two standard rooms and a suite, on the second and third floor there are 4 rooms each, and ond the fourth floor there is a 3bdr apartment. As you enter the apartment on the fourth floor, you'll be greeted by a hallway that leads to the main living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and all the amenities you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your meal or an "aperitivo" at the large dining table, or relax on the cozy extendable sofa. All three bedrooms boast comfortable queen-size beds, complete with soft linens, and plush pillows. The stylish bathroom features a spacious shower with a rainshower, fresh towels, and amenities, adding extra comfort to your stay.
