In response to the current situation, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at our property. Centrally located in the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town, within the city walls, La Vita e Bella III – Kunićeva consists of three separate double rooms in the traditional Dubrovnik Old Town house. There are two separate entrances next to each other, one for Double Room and the other for the Superior DR + Delux DR. All three rooms have a flat-screen TV, a safe deposit box, a private bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, complimentary slippers, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a variety of coffees and teas, and a small fridge. There's a bathtub in Double Room for some additional comfort. There’s a double bed in each apartment. All units have A/C with remote control for adjusting the temperature. Wifi is fast and free. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you to the location with the keys and information about everything you need to know for a great stay. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: Dubrovnik's Old Town is full of stairs and there are 106 stairs to climb to reach our property, counting from the main Stradun street. Depending on which room you book, there might be a couple more stairs inside the house. We recommend booking this property only if you're happy with climbing the stairs. You’ll find Sponza Palace just a few minutes walk away, Stradun street is even closer. Onofrio’s Fountain is right there, as well as many shops, restaurants and bars. Banje beach is around 10 minutes walk away. The nearest airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 19 km from the property.
