Casa Graziano is the perfect place for people who enjoy being close to the beach while also having peace and quiet. The apartment is spacious and welcoming, with two private parking spots. The nearest beaches are only a 5–15-minute walk from the apartment. The Verudela coast features the most popular beaches in Pula and Istria, including Hawaiian Beach, Ambrela Beach, Golden Rocks Beach, and the largest canyon in Istria—all just a 10–15-minute walk or a 1-minute drive away. Bus stops are also very close to the apartment, with buses running every 20 minutes to Verudela Beach, Pula City Center, and directly in front of the Amphitheatre. A grocery store is located right next to the apartment, and a great restaurant is just across the street. The walking distance to the city center is approximately 25–35 minutes, or just 5–10 minutes by car. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, king-size bed, pull-out sofa, oven, washing machine, and air conditioning. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It's a "touristy" neighborhood because it's very close to the sea. The neighborhood grocery store is next to the house. There is a restaurant right across the street and a pharmacy nearby. One of the closest streets to the most beautiful coast in Istria - Verudela.
