Welcome to the cozy holiday house in a pleasant area of town with a view of the sea and easy access from the main road. There are many handmade details in and around the house that were made with love, which adds to its uniqueness and charm. The distance from the beach is 300 meters, while the distance from the town center is 200. The house is not in a no-traffic zone, thus it is accessible at all times of the day. There are two parking places, a spacious terrace, and a large yard. The property has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and an equipped kitchen. Wireless WiFi internet is included. A sunny patio with BBQ equipment, a dining table, deck chairs, and a unique area for evening gatherings with a fireplace. Guests have full access to the property, including free parking and a garden where they can pick and eat herbs and tomatoes.
