You are sincerely welcome here :) We can accommodate 10 people in this spacious villa (4 bedrooms with standard beds for 8 people and, if desired, we can prepare an extra bed for 2 people in the largest room). We are registered renters of tourist accommodation, you stay in the holiday home legally and you have all the legal rights that apply to tourists. Your stay at Villa Cynara will certainly be pleasant, we guarantee a high level of cleanliness, the house is richly equipped and all rooms are large. The vacation house has 4 nice bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a lot of outdoor space here, our guests love the beautiful summer kitchen, terraces and pool. We are sure that also you will have a lot of fun here. Don't forget, swimming at night in the pool is a great experience. The new villa was built in 2017 according to the project of a renowned design office, captivating with the combination of modern architecture and traditional Istrian expression in construction. How to find Holiday Villa Cynara? Very easy. At the highway, take the Pula exit. Drive to Marčana (it is about 10 minutes drive). In Marčana, choose the road to Kavran (it is about 10 minutes drive). In the village Kavran, drive on the main road. Your summer villa is at the end of the village, left side. Parking for 4 personal cars is located only 15 m from the main street. Your hosts, Irena & Valmer, will welcome you The total area of the covered area (including a wide range of summer kitchen) is slightly more than 280 m2. On the ground floor there is a large space (living room, kitchen, dining room) dominated by a fireplace made in the style of drywall. This stone fireplace is a real work of art in the house. There is also a spacious bedroom on the ground floor, with a luxurious bathroom with a unique wooden ceiling. The surface of the bathroom is an impressive 12 m2, it has 2 sinks and a shower cabin with a large screen made of synthetic glass. Stairs made of autochthonous Istrian stone lead to the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each room has its own bathroom. The premises lead to a covered terrace, which is architecturally executed in the traditional Istrian style. From the terrace there are steps down to the beach at the pool. There is a covered terrace by the pool, which is connected to the summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is decorated in a rustic style, there is also a practical grill and a cooking plate. Of course, and outside fridge. Massive stone blocks from a Roman quarry (cave romane) are a real rarity, they were made a long time ago, 2000 years ago, and they surely keep many secrets. Relax your soul and body on summer nights and sit on these warm stone blocks. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the enchanting scent of a summer night. The property of about 800 m2 is partly surrounded by a stone wall, and partly by thick pine trees that provide complete privacy. The property has 4 parking spaces for private cars.

Some of the most beautiful Istrian beaches are less than 3 km away, access by car is ensured. Also, there are a dozen pebble and sandy bays, and many rocky beaches. The area is full of paths through vineyards and olive groves. Ideal for relaxing walks or enjoying cycling. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the summer kitchen. The villa is fully furnished. If necessary, we can place a travel cot in the room (small children are counted like all other guests when looking at the total capacity of the holiday villa). The surface of the pool is 32 m2. A recommendation for a one-day trip is Brijuni National Park (nearby), or the islands of Krk, Cres, Lošinj or Plitvice National Park.
