Momo's paradise, a wonderful estate with 2 villas and 2 lovely infinity pools is located in the small village of Kakma, only 7km from Biograd and its lovely beaches. Conveniently positioned in a quiet area, this charming accommodation presents an ideal choice for your next stress free vacation. A short 7-8 minute car drive takes you to the coast where you can find typical Dalmatian atmosphere, enjoy local cuisine or take a boat trip to one of the nearby islands. Selected by My Dalmatia for its relaxed setting and great hosts, this property consists of two detached houses which can comfortably accommodate multiple families or a group of up to 16 responsible adults. Holiday home #1: In the wonderful well maintained garden you will find your private 55 m² infinity pool equipped with sun loungers, a summer kitchen suitable for dining, a children's playground, barbecue facilities and a multi functional sports playground. Also, there is plenty of gated parking space provided for the guests. The spacious 260 m² interior spreads over 2 floors and offers a comfortable stay for a group of up to 12 persons. In total there are 5 lovely air conditioned bedrooms in the house, as well as 3 modern bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a large living room. Each level comes with a beautiful covered terrace where you can dine outside. Holiday home #2: This stone house has recently been completely renovated and now features rustic furnishings and local stone. Interior consists of a beautiful living space, a fully equipped open kitchen and two spacious air conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom. There is additional mezzanine bedroom with 2 single floor beds available for 2 persons. From the living room you have direct access the spacious 70 m² covered terrace and a beautiful infinity pool with loungers. There's a large grill available in the garden and outdoor toilet. The pleasant terrace features a dining table and nice outdoor furniture, an ideal spot to relax.

Within a 10 minute car drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea and choose between sandy, pebbled or stone beaches. Nearby coastal town of Biograd is a well known nautical and tourist destination. Boat excursions to the National park Kornati are organized from Biograd on daily basis. Nature park Vrana Lake is reachable in a 5 minute drive, it is well known for recreational fishing and bird watching. Both Zadar and Sibenik, towns with rich cultural heritage are only a short half an hour drive away.
