A modern studio apartment located near the city center of Slavonski Brod with parking on the street in front of the building. There is a parking fee on workdays and free over the weekend. Studio apartment provides accommodation with living, dining, kitchen and sleeping area with a separate bathroom. In the apartment, you will find everything necessary to make it a cozy stay (free WiFi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, iron, hairdryer, washing machine etc). It can fit 5 persons and is located on the ground floor of the building. The living room consists of very comfortable sofa which quickly turns into a bed for two, flat-screen TV, dining area with table and six chairs and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, cooker hood, water kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes, spoons, forks, and knives. In the kitchen, you will find complimentary coffee and tea. The sleeping area includes a bed for two (160x200) and a bed for one (90x200) with fresh linens and a closet with a mirror. The bathroom is provided with towels, soap, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The whole apartment is covered with WiFi. Also, it is equipped with air-conditioning and central heating system.

We are a young married couple from Slavonski Brod who love hosting and enjoy traveling, exploring other countries and their cultures. Also, we like to cook and try new restaurants and recipes. The apartment is located in the central part of Slavonski Brod It's well connected with public transportation: - 5 min walk to a bus station (city public transport) Close to the apartment (5 min walk) is Farmers Market (Gradska Tržnica). There you can buy real homegrown products, fruits, vegetables, local handmade souvenirs, fresh flowers, clothes, etc. There are markets, cafes, bakeries and a hospital all within 5-7min walk from the apartment. The apartment is located nearby the sports center „Vijuš“, there you can find indoor and outdoor public swimming pools and spa and gym. Also, the central square (Brodsko Korzo) is about a 10min walk from the apartment. Any other information you need about the neighborhood we can provide at your arrival.
