Located in the Old Town, the house, which is more than 300 years old, has been given a new look. In its attic, located on the third floor of the building and reached by narrow, steep wooden stairs, authentic to the Old Town of Rovinj, it jealously hides its two gems, two studio apartments, each about 25 m2 in size, which have recently opened their doors to new visitors. The renovation of the studio apartments was completed in May 2025. The original, traditional elements have been retained in the decoration, such as stone walls and (Studio Anima genovese) indigenous wooden beams on the ceiling, all typical of the Istrian and Rovinj style of construction. Two people in each of the studio apartments can enjoy the charms of Rovinj's Old Town where the bells of the church of St. Euphemia, the patron saint of the city, will wish them a good morning. Named in order to preserve the tradition and memory of the previous owners, our studio apartments will provide you with the comfort and romance that you came to experience. Both studio apartments, located opposite each other on the same floor, consist of an open space sleeping area and a living area with a seating area and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen, although small, is well equipped with appliances such as an oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and tea set. There are also other necessities such as slippers, soap, towels, bed linen, dishwashing detergent, etc. Studio Anima Genovese also has a beautiful sea view and part of the Rovinj's marina, while Studio Diamadi has a nostalgic view on the roofs of the Old Town of Rovinj.

The house with our studio apartments ANIMA GENOVESE and DIAMADI is located in the Old Town of Rovinj, in Gortanova Street, in the former popular traditional San Martino Street. In just a minute to two walk you can reach the most famous Rovinj street Carera, only 60m away, and the main Rovinj town square is 200m away. The Church of St. Euphemia is about 500m away, and there is also the nearest Old Town beach Baluota. Very central location, Rovinj's riva with numerous restaurants and cafes is only 90m air distance from the apartment. How to get there? By car, the closest distance is 250m from the apartment (Trg na Lokvi near the bus station), then continue by walk along Carera Street, 120m long, after which you can reach the apartment directly via Vodnjanska Street. Another way is to walk straight from Trg na Lokvi, down Carera and after about 200 m turn right into Pekarska Street and continue for another 50 m to the end of Vodnjanska Street. You can also reach the building by walk by an alternative route, along the entire Fontera Street, then straight downhill through Gortanova Street, a total of 270 m of walking. The accommodation does not have a parking spot. You can park your car in a public parking spot in zone 2 or 3, where a daily parking ticket costs about 25 EUR and can be purchased at the kiosk and newspaper stand "I Novine" on the riva near the bus station. If you do not mind walking about 1 km or 15 minutes, the hosts will be happy to explain where you can find free parking spot for entire your stay.
