Diósd is a beautiful small town near Budapest with so many attractions. Budapest is 20 minutes by car, 40 minutes by public transport. Our house is located between two large meadows under a small forest, not far from the quarry used for the construction of the Parliament. The exquisitely furnished house is made unique by the owners hand-made tapestries, as well as the wonderful view of the surrounding area towards the Danube. The property can be accessed from the street via a personal gate or by car through a wide remote-controlled gate. There is enough space covered with paving stones to park 2 cars. Upon entering the family house, you step in from the small hall to a spacious dining room and kitchen. From here you can access the living room with two huge windows, where comfortable sofas, stylish furniture and a 55" modern LED TV, as well as a cooling and heating air conditioner provide comfort. There is also a small corridor opening from the dining room, which leads to the 2 spacious single bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The third bedroom, which can be classified as double, can be accessed from the hall, so it can be completely separated. There is an additional toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer which are also found here. The terrace can be accessed from the dining room, where a table and chairs are available. The entire area of the yard of the family house is a wonderful, carefully maintained carpet-like lawn. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. For a reservation of two we can only provide the queen bed and bedroom. If you want to use the other two bedrooms reserve for at least three people. You can't put small beds, baby beds etc. in the queen bedroom. Please flatten any empty bottles before putting them in the trash. The reservation includes up to 120l of waste disposal per week. If more waste is generated we can provide bags for an additional cost.

We live next to the house so we are easily accessible.

Although Budapest is almost within arm's reach, there are still so many opportunities for relaxation! "Dió Döme trail", which is a great children's program, can be reached with a 2-minute walk. A place to go for a walk in the heart of Diósd with tales, a beautiful view and a forest. A place where the family can spend quality time together in a pleasant environment. Neither speed nor strength matters. You don't have to defeat anyone or anything in this place. You're not obliged to do anything here. Dió Döme's walker was designed for enjoyment, peace, and togetherness." The Radio museum and the breathtaking quarry are also located in this area, which is famous for the fact that the building stones of the Parliament also come from here. At the other end of the street there is also a huge meadow, where you can have a picnic on the tables with a wonderful view, even after a busy day spent in Budapest.
