The Budi Sun Resort awaits you for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Popular with snorkellers and divers, the resort is located in Maumere Bay National Park on Wairita Beach and offers an outdoor pool, spacious beach facilities and a restaurant. The beach is only a few steps away and snorkelling or swimming is possible at any time. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in all public areas and on the terraces. All rooms have air conditioning. The Sea View Bungalows are equipped with a fridge and coffee/tea maker. The bungalows have a private bathroom with hot water shower, towels and beach towels. The resort is only a 20 minute drive from Frans Seda Airport ‘MOF’ and therefore also suitable for a shorter transit stop. Many local attractions and excursion destinations can be reached in less than 60 minutes by car. Hot spring at the foot of the volcano Egon, traditional salt extraction plant ‘Siedesalinen’, walk-in mangrove forest with tree nursery, viewpoints over the entire bay, countless beaches (also with night food markets) viewpoint with 14m high statue with flower garden and view of the south and north coast of the island, various large regional markets, the volcano Egon, which is popular with hikers. A 3-hour drive from the accommodation is the Kelimutu volcano, which is known for its 3 colourful lakes. There is an offshore house reef at the property which is easily accessible and diving and snorkelling excursions can be organised for you. Laundry service, car with driver or self-drive scooter are available for an extra charge. The Budi Sun Restaurant serves a selection of regional and international specialities. You can also place an order and enjoy your food/drinks in your room, on the terrace or on the beach.
