Partially renovated and painted, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. New Fire doors installed for extra safety. Only 48 mins from Dublin airport. Bring the whole family to this great place in the countryside with lots of room inside and out. Surrounded by fields and trees. Very private and peaceful area, on a lane so no noisy traffic. You may even see a few horses and the local wildlife. Enclosed large garden and free secure parking. Fast Wifi included.
I live locally and reachable anytime by phone.
Short walk/drive to local Village of Wilkinstown, Bar/Lounge, Mace Fuel shop , with Off Licence, Deli, Bakery and Butchers. Play ground for children in the local community centre. Railway walk way now open to the public for safe walking. Pitch and Putt available in the next Tidy town village of Castletown 3km away. Car required
