Kate's Cottage, a detached bungalow, comprises a kitchen, utility, and a living/dining room with sofa bed. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and two TVs. The bedrooms consist of a double, and a single with en-suite cloakroom, serviced by a shower room and one sofa bed. Outside, there is an enclosed rear gravelled area, and a shared lawn to the front, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 2.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request.
