Set in the Idyllic village of Killenard and only a 5 minute walk to The Heritage Hotel, and neighbouring Mount St. Annes Retreat House, Killenard Kottage is the perfect get away to explore everything Laois has to offer. We offer a one bedroom self contained cosy cottage with a master bedroom, kitchenette, shower room with electric shower. This is an ideal base for anyone attending a wedding at The Heritage hotel, for exploring all the midlands has to offer and to enjoy the fantastic golf course.
Our Cottage is on our premises, but has its own private entrance. We will be on hand to offer advise, attend to any issues that may arise, but will leave our guests to enjoy there stay!
You will find a handful of Local amenities within walking distance, a convenience store, hairdressers and a coffee shop. There are a couple of places to eat and enjoy a few drinks nearby. The Heritage Hotel has a fabulous dining and bar, The Thatch Pub caters for pub food and breakfast. Coffee and Cream Cafe, Gala store with home bakery and Deli available, also serving Full Irish Breakfast.  Kildare Village - 12 min drive, EMO Court House and Gardens - 5km, SOLAS Eco Garden Centre, Portarlington - 5 Min drive, Slieve Bloom Walks and Trails - 30Km. We are in a rural setting so a car is needed.
