An original Modreeny Estate Cottage with many charming features. Newly renovated, this property is set in a quiet historical area surrounded by beautiful unspoiled countryside. A very spacious bedroom awaits with large bathroom, luxury towels and bed linens. Sun room and kitchen with sandstone flags overlooking a private south facing garden. This two storey cottage is full of character including banisters carved from local Bog Oak. Enjoy the wood burning stove for that perfect ambience. Very cosy comfy cottage with spacious rooms throughout. Sun room with double doors to outside seating in the garden.

Well equipped kitchen. Large bedroom with king size bed and large en-suite with bath and shower.
Full length mirror and dressing table. We also have a comfy sofa bed in the living room for two extra guests.
Just a stones throw from wedding venues Cloughjordan House and Ashley Park House. A short drive to the Historical town of Birr. The bustling town of Nenagh with boutiques, artisan foods, many cafes and Irish Pubs with trad music on the shores of Lough Derg are all within easy reach. Beautiful hikes,walks and lakeside Sauna after a fresh swim in Lough Derg. The Sliabh Bloom Mountains are a 40 in drive.
For the golf enthusiasts we are very lucky to have Nenagh Golf Club close by. We are also a 40 min drive to Adare Manor, The Cashel Palace and the infamous Rock Of Cashel.
