This old stone cottage is located in a tranquil area just a short distance from the village of An Cheathrú Rua (Carraroe), a Gaeltacht region where Irish is the primary language. The cottage is only 140 meters from the sea, accessible via a small boithrín.
Several beaches are within walking distance, including the popular Coral Strand (Trá an Dóilín), and the village of An Cheathrú Rua is just 3 kilometers away from the house.
