Fabulous new accomodation located in Ardfield Village on the Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of West Cork. Perfect for a family holiday or a break away with friends, we are located 7km from the vibrant town of Clonakilty, 9km from picturesque Rosscarbery and 2km from our nearest beach, Red Strand. Both The Dunmore House Hotel and Inchydoney Lodge and Spa are close by and we are a short walk to our local pub/restaurant, The Mountain House.
We live onsite, but once you arrive we leave you to yourselves unless you need us. We are happy to provide any advice on the area, offer suggestions for restaurants and even share local secrets as to where to get the best seafood to cook for your supper! We will meet you on arrival and we are only a text or call away should you have any queries.
Clonakilty is a multi-award winning, vibrant, friendly and colourful town surrounded by beautiful beaches and home to a rich food and music culture. Music The town is a music hub and boasts a great line-up of festivals throughout the year. Rock, pop, traditional sessions in local pubs, Irish and international acts and gigs at the world famous DeBarras Folk Club. The following activities are all available to book locally: Surfing Stand up paddle boarding Traditional music tuition/Private music concerts (a speciality)! Horse riding Walking Cycling Kayaking Fishing Whale watching Yoga Food/beverage tours History tours Clonakilty is a 50 minute drive from Cork City and Cork Airport. As we are located on the Wild Atlantic Way, our accommodation is ideal for exploring the beautiful counties of Cork and Kerry. A local taxi service is available.
