For BnBIsrael, hospitality is about making sure guests feel at home and owners feel secure. Originally from the beautiful city of Béziers in southern France, Jonathan realized during many visits to Israel that the hospitality standards were not up to par with European or American standards. After working in high-tech and living in China, Brazil, and France, Jonathan moved to Israel. In 2014, he started BNB Israel and set out to provide guests in Israel with beautiful spaces with first-class customer service. BNB Israel now has properties in Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Bat Yam, and Eilat.

The apartment is located in the Neve Tzedek Tower, at the 4th floor. The Space Modern apartment, loft-style designed but perfect for hosting your next family visit or enjoying with friends. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen with living rooms, and a balcony with spectacular views! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or an aperitif from the comfort of your own balcony while watching the sunset. You will be staying in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv’s most chic neighborhood, but only a 10 minute walk away from the beach! There is a shelter room (one room at the floor,is a mamad in hebrew). The amenities The private pool, gym, and spa that the building offers are for the residents that stay at least 15 nights in the apartment (this is a rule of the building management); plus there is underground parking included. The tower has a lobby with a guardian 24/7, which makes it extremely secure, and there are 5 elevators. You are only 5 minute-walk away from the famous Rothschild Boulevard and and 10 from the historic part of Jaffa.
