Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Mobile phones and smoking are not permitted in public areas. This is an adult-only resort, strictly for guests aged 16 or over. Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests from 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in starts at 18:00, while arrivals are accepted from 16:00. Check-out on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is until 14:00. The outdoor pool is closed from the last week of October until early April. Please note that the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.
