Completely redesigned Independent cottage with a sit out in a upscale area at Sherly rajan road in Bandra west. Walking distance to Carter road by the sea, it has Ac, tv with Netflix subscription, fridge, washing machine, Geyser and much more. It has homely feel, absolutely safe and a quite place with all the necessities around.

Bandra is a suburb of west Mumbai. It is a posh locality and often called the queen of suburbs. It is best known for shopping, eating or getting a sneak peak of the pleasing Arabian Sea. This super fascinating and glittering place is always on top of the list when it comes to leisure. Mount mary church is the most celebrated church in Mumbai while linking road is a shoppers paradise. Bandstand is famous amongst the young generation. Bandra is also popular for its graffiti walls. There a plethora of cafes, restaurants and nightclubs around here. Cabs and Autos are easily available 24/7. Please make sure you make note of the following: 1) If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hours to 24 hours, an instant resolution is not possible however we will try our best to get this resolved at the earliest. 2) For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens once a week or on special demand. Fresh towels are provided in every three days or on special demand. 3) No parties allowed. Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Local authorities will also be notified on the spot. 4) Quiet time after 10 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise after 10 pm. 5) Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals. 6) We do not have reserve car parking however street parking is easily available nearby the apartment. 7) All information to reach the house, directions, caretaker’s contact details and house guide will be share one day prior to your arrival. 8) As per government norms we require guests to submit an ID proof photo after booking confirmation.
