The Modern villa is located with the site of main road No. 36 (Þingvallavegur), on the way to the most popular Golden Circle in Iceland. The Modern villa near to most of attractions in the southern part of Iceland where you can easily take day tours from the villa to explore our fantastic scenic sites and relax during the evening in the comfort of a modern villa.
The Modern villa opened in 2023 and has 3 bedrooms with kitchen, big living room and sitting room where you can explore the nature of Iceland, which are very spacious and have a fantastic views to the mountains, lake/river, landscapes. Sauna room and washing room is located with the site of main entrance. The Modern villa is designed by Icelandic designer, a modern Scandinavian architecture and interior is inspired from the surroundings so everywhere in the villa you are reminded of the diverse Icelandic nature.
