Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The house has a Self Check-in service, so the arrival can be managed in total autonomy, the unlock code as well as all the useful information will be communicated in advance. You can contact us directly for any information or need. During your stay we will be at your disposal. The bed and bathroom linen are provided by us and included in the price. The check out will be carried out in person by our staff and must normally be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: -In the building you will see a private elevator for the exclusive use of the condominiums, therefore not usable by you guests. Therefore, to get to the entrance it will be necessary to climb the stairs. -Starting from April 2025, there will be scaffolding around the building that limits the opening of the shutters. We do not currently have an end date for the works. The administration guarantees that the work will be carried out at appropriate times and with the least possible disturbance to tenants and guests. We apologize for the inconvenience. POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Lavagna applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected in cash at the facility. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. However, we ask you to respect the following rules: - animals must NOT climb on the beds, sofas or armchairs - you will be charged an extra cost or asked for a refund for any damage and/or need for extra cleaning if the previous instructions are not respected.

Apartment located in the hamlet of Cavi di Lavagna, just 50 meters from the beaches. The accommodation is suitable for families or groups of friends and is a five-minute drive from the center of Lavagna and all services. Convenient for visiting the nearby towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Moneglia up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's journey. Cavi is also 40 km from Genoa. Free private parking. Located on the first floor of a building of two, the accommodation consists of a living area divided into a living room with sofa, armchair and dining table and an open kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and dishes. Here you will also find the washing machine, which can be used during your stay. In the apartment there are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the second with a bunk bed made up of two single beds in the lower part and a third in the upper part. You will also find a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your personal belongings. Finally there is a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and a bathtub that can also be used as a shower thanks to the presence of a hand shower. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and are included in the price. It will be present in the house according to the number of guests of the reservation. The accommodation comes with free PRIVATE PARKING. Pets are allowed and a variable supplement may be required based on the number and period of stay. There is NO Wi-Fi connection. There is NO air conditioning. In the winter the heating is autonomous. A few steps from the apartment you will find splendid beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun: with an extension of 4 km, in fact, the beach of Cavi di Lavagna qualifies as one of the longest on the Riviera di Levante and is considered a true jewel of the coast Ligurian, in fact obtaining the Blue Flag several times. The seabed of pebbles and sand and a crystal clear sea that is not immediately deep make this coastal area particularly suitable for families with small children in tow. Along the narrow streets of the historic center you will find restaurants, cafes and bars, offering a variety of gastronomic options and a lively atmosphere both during the day and in the evening. There are also grocery stores. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are opportunities for walking, jogging or cycling along the scenic seafront. The nearby bus stop offers convenient transportation options for exploring other parts of the area without using a car. By staying in Cavi di Lavagna, in fact, with relatively short journeys you can visit all the other places in the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and the splendid Portofino. Moving in the opposite direction you will find Sestri Levante with the famous Baia del Silenzio beach, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, the five villages loved by tourists from all over the world, reachable in about an hour's drive or 30 minutes by train leaving from Lavagna station. In the surroundings of the city, for lovers of walking and trekking, dozens of paths wind through the hills and in the area it is also possible to practice sports such as tennis, windsurfing, horse riding and scuba diving. Cavi is also about 30 minutes from Genoa.
