It is magical place, amazing! The peace, the gentle energy of this land is a gift for anyone who stops a moment to observe this nature and this wonderful space. The farm is located 750 meters above sea level, protected by a high mountain to the south, and north-facing towards Mount Subasio, sacred to Francis and destination of many pilgrimages. Surrounded by a wide garden where roses perfumed meet wisteria and lilacs, in harmonious combination with other Mediterranean plants and flowers of every kind and color. Place of meditation, research and peace, surrounded by wild nature, where you can still admire a great bio - diversity of species both animal and vegetable. The farm consists of an apartment for four people (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen), an independent country house for six people (kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, bathroom) and a room for three people with services . In total it can host up to 13 people in three different units. The farmhouses, dating back to the 800, have been restored respecting the original features, typical of the old farmhouses in Umbria.

I love nature and life in the countryside, and horses have always been my fondness, once sports, and now breeding. I could not imagine my life without them! I have been working for many years in tourism and I always wished I could give hospitality in a farmstay.

There are lots of paths that you can walk in the surrounding area, on foot, horseback or bicycle, in very beautiful and scenic pleaces. In the valley of the river Tescio you will also find many waterfalls and ponds ideal for swimming in the river. Mount Subasio stands right in front of us, with its countless Franciscans paths and the Hermitage of St. Francis. On top of the Mount Subasio Park, with certain wind conditions you can admire or go hang gliding. Assisi is 8 km away, Gubbio 30 km. Perugia (25 km), very old city with Etruscan monuments as well as medieval, is a must visit for lovers of art and history! Nearby are other natural highlights: about an hour's drive Waterfalls Marmore (toward Terni) and the beautiful Frasassi Caves (towards Ancona).
