The house is super welcoming and bright and you will be welcomed by the LIVING ROOM with a very comfortable sofa bed and a TV to enjoy moments of relaxation after a beautiful day at the beach or in the pool. The living room borders the DINING ROOM consisting of chairs and a table that can also be used as a Smart Working station to work remotely thanks to the free and super fast Wifi. From here you can access the large TERRACE overlooking the residence garden and the swimming pool, where you can eat and relax in the open air! The house is then composed of TWO spacious BEDROOMS, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. All beds are made up of top of the range mattresses and pillows to guarantee you a perfect and above all deserved rest! You will also find a complete BATHROOM with shower and sanitary ware where included in the price you will have a welcome kit with shampoo and conditioner and towels of various sizes for each guest so that you do not have to bring them from home. The KITCHEN of the house is fully equipped where you will find all the appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster as well as normal utensils such as plates, cutlery, pans, glasses and pots to prepare your meals as if you were at home! A few steps away you can reach the beach of Alghero which is one of the most famous in Sardinia. Located on the north-western coast of Sardinia, about 1 km from the center of Alghero, the complex is located on the seafront in front of the city beach. Alghero, reachable in a few minutes via the cycle path or the scheduled buses, hosts a lively historical center, surrounded by walls and defensive towers, known for its alleys and historic buildings that evoke its Catalan origins. A few steps from the residence is the bus stop with which you can reach the splendid beaches and coves of the coast, characterized by a crystal clear sea and rich vegetation.
