Antica Dimora del Portico is a structure born by chance, love at first sight for this particular place, from its silence, its scents of the woods and much more. We used materials from the woods for the furnishings, creativity and art are our leitmotiv to immerse the house in the woods and the woods in the house. Ancient in one part, vintage in the more recently built part. We welcome our guests aware of the discoveries they will be able to make, corner after corner, room after room, where they can feel at home, immersed in the silence and deep greenery that surrounds them.
Two normal people who love their job
It would be an endless list of places to visit and things you can do in the surrounding area or just outside the park gate. To name a few, from our park you can walk up to Chiesanuova through a path in the woods, take the “Blues route” where at each station you can listen to a great of this musical genre. Visit Ivrea, the Sanctuary of Belmonte, a UNESCO heritage site, Santa Elisabetta with its May daffodils and the wonderful view of the valley. The Gran Paradiso national park with the Nivolet Pass, The castle of Agliè, Castellamonte, home of ceramics, Very close to Candia Lake and the beautiful Viverone Lake, The endless list, to discover the Canavese with its history and its beauty , we will be able to advise you on everything that can be done starting from L'Antica Dimora del Portico.
