What to see in San Felice San Felice - Historical centre. The town of San Felice, which is the ancient San Felice Scovolo, preserves in its historical centre the remains of the ancient Castle, the Palazzo Rotingo, built in the 17th century, now the Town Hall. A walk through the centre reveals the former Monte di Pietà di San Felice, an elegant Venetian-style building with a five-arched portico and square ashlar stone pillars.
