Its location in the suburbs allows you to enjoy tranquillity and comfort only a few minutes' drive from the city centre and its points of interest. Parking under the house is a real advantage and allows you to have your vehicle close at hand. Keep in mind that due to the area, the Wi-Fi network may occasionally slow down, but this will give you the opportunity to completely disconnect and immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Como. The space: The bright living room with an view of the surrounding greenery that creates a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. Here, you can relax, read a good book or simply enjoy the tranquillity. As well as being comfortable, the sofa bed is also ideal for families with children or groups of friends looking for spacious accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, allowing you to prepare your meals in total comfort. The bedroom will allow you to rest and recharge your batteries after a day of exploring. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
