Art Apartment Florence was born in 2012 from the passion of its founder David Cianferoni, who, thanks to his origins and his Florentine culture, welcomes his guests, in collaboration with his Staff, with a sense of gracious hospitality and joviality; traditions that distinguish Florence since the time of the Medici. The company has 60 properties selected with care and taste, located from the center of the city of Florence to the hills, the sea and the mountains, able to accommodate from 2 to 12 guests, to meet the various needs of customers to whom all Attention by providing hospitality: information on the city, on places of cutural interest, on events, on typical places to eat and anything else needed to make your stay more comfortable and unforgettable. In a phase of great expansion, the Company has developed new sales prospects, taking advantage of the expertise and professionalism acquired, which means that to this day its structures are visible on more than 200 portals in the world, guaranteeing a more than satisfactory flow of interest and profitable. David is a great traveler, lover of art in general (music, cooking, painting, sculpture...). I am a chef graduated from the Cordon Bleu in Paris. I have traveled a lot in recent years: one year St. Croix (US Virgin Islands), 3 years Los Roques (Venezuela), one year Mallorca, 7 years Paris, where I was the owner of the "Caffè Boboli" renowned seafood restaurant, 4 years Valencia where I created a restaurant at the port and worked for the 32nd America's Cup. I have three children, all born in a different country and a beautiful German wife, former fashion director of Christian Dior and Ferragamo and painter whose works adorn most of our apartments, we live in Chianti, near Florence.

In the heart of the small town of Ponte a Egola, a few kilometers from the beautiful medieval village of San Miniato, we rent a lovely apartment in an elegant residence surrounded by an exclusive garden with a unique view of the Tuscan hill landscape. Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, large main bathroom, living room with dining table, living area, kitchen, TV, WIFI ... and every comfort. Possibility to use a washer (On request). It is located in the heart of Tuscany a few kilometers from all the main tourist cities.

Romano in 15 minutes on foot. - Continuing along Via Costa you come across the food that has all the basic necessities, a first pizzeria and a bar. - Continuing on Via Diaz is the Pharmacy, a bank, a Church; instead at the traffic lights of Via Diaz turning right into Via Curtatone Montanara there are bars, pastry shops, tobacconists, an oven and Vivo Bio. The whole town is easily reachable on foot and every Saturday of the week there is the MERTCATO in piazza G. Rossa. Reaching the country by car takes a few minutes and finding a place in the village is simple. From the house in 5 minutes by car you reach the Florence-Pisa-Livorno (exit S. Croce Sull'Arno) which as already anticipated allows you to reach Florence in just 40 minutes or if you want Pisa in 30 minutes. Furthermore you can easily reach Montecatini Terme and Lucca, S. Giminiano and Volterra, Viareggio / Forte dei Marmi and Vinci. If you prefer 5 minutes away by car, there is the San Romano-S. Croce station from which you can take the train to Florence center in 50 minutes, to Livorno in 45 minutes, Pisa in 30 minutes
