Designed for up to eight guests, this new three-bedroom villa offers calm luxury across 226 m² of bright open space. Sunlight fills the living and dining areas, while the bespoke CREO kitchen includes oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and full cooking essentials. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to the private pool with jetstream, surrounded by natural stone and Mediterranean greenery. The garden terrace features an outdoor kitchen and dining area for relaxed outdoor living. Each bedroom is a private suite with a king-size bed, premium linens, custom pillows, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a large walk-in or walk-through closet. A separate TV and game room includes a large Smart TV or beamer and a high-quality sofa bed with topper. A private elevator connects every floor, including the rooftop lounge terrace for quiet moments under the Sardinian sky.
