Our property is located in a historic building with elevator, and is on two levels: the sleeping area on the third floor while kitchen area and terrace are at the penthouse. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of both the historic district of Castello and Porto Marino. The house is large, the rooms are not panoramic but are bright and quiet and the common areas are accessible to everyone. The location offers the great advantage of walking out and finding a neighborhood full of amenities, leisure shops and food to suit all tastes. The luggage storage service is free of charge. The structure is suitable to accommodate sports groups, family, artistic, university. Cyclists can find accommodation for bicycles on the terrace. The activity is authorized with IUN F0306
I am a traveller, I like to share passions with my guests, I am a cyclist and I like water sports, the city of Cagliari is surrounded by the sea, so it is easy to practice surfing, canoeing, sup and much more.
we overlook the historic district of Castello and the seaport, central location! The tourist office is located in the town hall opposite the port and railway station. Elmas Airport, served by all trains departing and arriving is 15 minutes from the train station shopping, nightlife, bus and bus terminals, all within walking distance! There are many restaurants and trattorias where you can taste the typical local cuisine, most of which is located in the marina district, adjacent to Largo Carlo Felice. The pedestrian street of the Corso overlooks the charming Piazza Yenne, here you can find varied food and wine and countless shops.
