A cozy house in the historical heart of Levigliani, a tiny village among the Apuanian Alps. The iconic beaches of Forte dei Marmi and Versilia are just 30 minutes away. For you a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and fireplace. Guided tours for Corchia Park, the 2nd biggest cave in Europe, are just 5 minutes away. In addition, you can visit an ancient quick-silver mine, the world's best marble quarries, trek along many wonderful paths around the village of Levigliani It is a 3-floor building and guests have access to all areas within it. On the ground floor, there is a main bathroom with a shower. Clean towels and soaps are provided for the guests. Additionally, there is a spacious laundry room located near the entrance, equipped with a washing machine and soap for guests who need to wash their clothes. Moving to the first floor, there is a dining room and kitchen area where guests can cook and enjoy their meals simultaneously. The dining area is connected to the living room, furnished with two armchairs, a small sofa, and a TV. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom without a shower. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with furniture, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with a single-size mattress. Our guests can access to all facilities in the house. In the dinning room, there are some snacks, coffee and tea for the breakfast. Also a bottle of water is provided. There is an house rules and instruction book on the table. Please note that the house does not have Wi-Fi. If you'd like to use the internet, free public Wi-Fi is available throughout the village of Levigliani.
