The Holiday Rent House Villa "Piemonte" is situated on hilltop with splendid view over the typical landscape of piemonte with its wineyards, ancient villages and some old castles dated back to the middle ages. The Villa "Piemonte" was opening in May 2016 , transformed out an old farmershous. It offer 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen, 1 large dining-living room, 1 large roof terrace, 4500 m2 garden with a saltwater-pool and one whirlpool. Outside you have also 2 barbeque places with pavillion, 1 summer kitchen etc. Here you can enjoy your privat atmosphäre...In 2019 i have again invested in the house and now have 6 from 8 Bedrooms a Air-condition and 2 bedrooms have a Klimagerät. All Windows have Fly Screens now, one bathroom is new renovated and have now a big shower , 2 meter large. And all bathrooms have a new shower cabine.
I'am Irina, from Germany, Berlin, and life here since 2016 in Piedmont. I am a trained Hotel Expert & Marketing Expert and had work in Germany and in Switzerland.. The Villa "Piemonte" is a dream from me and i had decorated all rooms with love to the detail in Romantik Style. I wish me, that my guests can enjoy their holidays, here in this beautiful area, in the Langhe/Monferrato. I have always new ideas and every year i change something, for a better comfort for my guests. Since 2020 i have now for my guests 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen, 1 summer kitchen and a lot place outside. Also in the cortyard i have a grand table for to be 20 persons. So my guests have the possibility make a dinner also outside or in the summer kitchen. You can use the whirlpool from April to the end of oktober and the Saltwater Pool from Mai - ca. 20 oktober it is different for the weather. I can also organize for you a cooking lesson, catering or a dinner in the Villa Piemonte.
In this area you found really a lot of excellent restaurants, 1 Michelin Star restaurant we have here in Tigliole. This region is famous for the wine, the excellent food, the white truffles, for the beautiful landscape with the wineyards, the lot of castles, interesting and beautiful small villages. From the Villa you drive only 7 minutes, then you are directly in the wineyards. From the Villa Piemonte to Alba you drive only 20 minutes and Turin is only 30 minutes far away. To visit Asti you need only 10 minutes.
