Pretty and cozy house nestled in the hills of the Varazze village, a few miles from the seaside. Surrounded by greenery, this house is structured on two floors and offers an enclosed outdoor space with a dining table from which the living area is accessed. The entrance opens onto the bright living room, which has a French-size sofa bed, television and dining table, and the kitchen, equipped with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and espresso machine. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which houses the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed on request. A modern bathroom with shower completes the layout. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and heating will be available to guests. *Guests will be able to use uncovered parking outside the property for two cars at an additional charge of 10 euros per night.

Varazze is historically a well-known and popular seaside tourist resort, famous for its harbor. In 2023 it was awarded the Blue Flag by FEE-Italy for the quality of its beaches and services. Varazze is one of the main towns of the Riviera delle Palme, which stretches over 1,500 square kilometers of coastline, valleys and mountains, embracing the entire province of Savona. From this beautiful village it is possible to reach other charming towns including Savona, Celle Ligure, voted one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and Invrea, with the famous Arenon Beach. Absolutely not to be missed is the food and wine culture of the area, the famous focaccia, pesto and fresh fish dishes accompanied by Ligurian wine and oil.
