I am Federica and I will gladly welcome you to our rooms in La Spezia, along with Davide who helps me manage everything. We like to make every guest feel at home, offering attention, cleanliness, and little touches that make the stay pleasant and worry-free. We love meeting people from all over the world and giving useful advice on how to best visit the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and the Gulf of Poets, not forgetting the nearby Lunigiana and Versilia. In our free time, we engage in nature walks, local cooking, and discovering authentic Ligurian villages. Our structure is located on Via Gio Battista Casoni, a quiet and safe residential area of La Spezia, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center and the train station. Guests appreciate the convenience of the location: the Cinque Terre can be easily reached by train (8-15 minutes), while Portovenere, Lerici, and the Gulf of Poets can be visited by bus or boat. Nearby you will find typical restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and supermarkets, as well as a beloved artisanal pastry shop frequented by our guests. You can also reach the Naval Museum and San Giorgio Castle on foot, offering beautiful views of the city and the sea. Ideal as a starting point for day trips, but also for enjoying evenings walking along the Passeggiata Morin, amidst establishments and views of the harbor.
