The house is characterised by an entrance hall where the dining room is located, with a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and all the crockery needed for cooking. The second entrance leads you to the 3 bedrooms, all 3 of which are doubles with sheets and linen, and a bathroom. The main feature of the house is the large veranda facing the garden. On the right hand side, there is a driveway and on leaving the gate just 30 metres away you will find yourself on the small beach with fine sand and a crystal clear sea. Ecuba-house is the best solution for those who want to spend their holidays in tranquillity, excellent especially for families with children, because of the ample space in the garden, about 2000 metres, but above all you don't have to cross any road to reach the sea. The garden is equipped with a barbecue area, outdoor facilities with shower and a laundry room. Among the main places of interest, a 10-minute drive away is the seaside village of Marzamemi, 20 minutes, the famous baroque town of Noto or 50 minutes by car the beautiful Syracuse with the island of Ortigia. For nature lovers, 15 minutes by car you can discover the wildlife oasis of Vendicari and for the more adventurous in the area of Avola the small lakes of Cavagrande, a gorge with a path leading to a natural pool with waterfalls
