"Casa Mafalda" is a large apartment located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs (NO elevator), equipped with a stair lift for disabled people. It is located in a convenient and central location. The areas of greatest interest are within walking distance: train and bus station 5 minutes away, Stignani theater 5 minutes away, music academy 10 minutes away, historic center 10 minutes away. Enzo and Dino Ferrari racetrack 2 km away. It consists of a large dining area with TV, balcony, 1 spacious living room with 2 sofas (1 double bed), smart TV with Prime video and Netflix included, 1 bathroom with tub and shower column, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom. It can accommodate up to 5 people. On request, portable cot for children up to 4 years old. Free parking available in the internal courtyard of the property, of 1 parking space.
