From 'CASA MIA' you can quickly reach the main art cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, and Carrara, famous for its white marble. The sea and the beaches of Versilia, including Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Lido di Camaiore, and Marina di Massa, are also easily accessible. Inside the house, you will find further useful information about the area. The house features a large eat-in kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, hob, traditional oven, and microwave. The living room is spacious, furnished with sofas and a flat-screen TV. There are three bedrooms, with a total of eight beds, and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub/shower. The house provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. In front of the house, there is a large private free parking area. The private outdoor area of 300 sqm, partly paved and furnished with chairs and an umbrella, is for the exclusive use of guests. During the summer, you can take part in festivals and food fairs in Castelnuovo and nearby villages. Available means of transport: train station, bus terminal, local taxi service. The nearest international airports are Pisa (70 km), Florence (110 km), and Bologna (130 km). - Heating is available only on request, for an extra fee, and during periods authorized by local authorities. - Booked guests have exclusive access to all living areas and outdoor spaces. - Bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms will be available according to the number of guests booked. - Access is not allowed to unregistered guests; any exceptions must be agreed in advance with the owner.
