The property is located just a 10-minutes’ drive from the city of Pescara with its beautiful seaside and child-friendly sandy beaches, no more than one hour drive away from the Abruzzo mountains, and a two hour drive away from Rome or 10 minutes from the Pescara airport. This house makes for pleasurable cooking, dining and eating as it is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen, an indoor dining room for up to 10 guests, and a spacious outdoor dining area set with a grill which overlooks the property’s magnificent olive grove. This experience allows access also for the little ones to the lovely vegetable garden with fresh herbs and in-season wild strawberries, and can also include a private chef, grocery shopping and availability on request to the organic olive oil that is produced from our site.
